Refund Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

Studio Sessions

​

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund or one complimentary rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are nonrefundable. When possible, Moon Petal Arts may offer a one-time studio credit or rescheduling as a courtesy, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Guests who do not attend and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

​

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session or reduce its price. Entry may not be possible when a late arrival would disrupt instruction or safe studio operation.

Studio Cancellations

​

If Moon Petal Arts cancels a session, guests may choose a full refund, studio credit, or transfer to another available date.

Pottery Results

​

Ceramics can crack, warp, break, discolor, or react unexpectedly during drying, glazing, and firing. These possibilities are part of the handmade ceramic process.

If a piece is damaged during the studio’s drying or firing process, Moon Petal Arts may offer a remake opportunity, studio credit, or another reasonable solution. Cash refunds are not ordinarily provided for unpredictable firing results.

Gift Cards

​

Gift card purchases are final and are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Moon Petal Arts gift cards do not expire.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please email hello@moonpetalarts.com and include the name used for the reservation and the scheduled session date.
