Welcome to Moon Petal Arts. By visiting this website, making a purchase, or reserving a studio session, you agree to the following terms.
Reservations and Payment
Advance reservations and payment are required unless otherwise stated. A reservation is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.
Studio Participation
Moon Petal Arts is a small working clay studio. Guests must follow studio instructions and use tools, materials, glazes, and equipment appropriately.
Clay work may involve sharp tools, breakable objects, dust, water, slippery surfaces, and hot equipment. Guests should wear suitable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Guests may not touch or operate the kiln.
Children must be registered for an age-appropriate session and supervised as directed. A parent or responsible adult must remain responsible for the child’s conduct and safety.
Finished Pottery
Ceramics can crack, warp, break, discolor, or react unexpectedly during drying, glazing, and firing. Although Moon Petal Arts handles each piece with care, a particular result cannot be guaranteed.
If a piece is damaged during the studio’s drying or firing process, Moon Petal Arts may offer a remake opportunity, studio credit, or another reasonable solution. Handmade pottery should not be assumed to be microwave-, dishwasher-, oven-, or food-safe unless specifically identified as such.
Completed pieces must be collected within 60 days after the guest is notified that they are ready. Pieces left longer than 60 days may be donated or discarded because storage space is limited.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website.
Gift Cards
Moon Petal Arts gift cards may be applied toward eligible studio sessions and purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire.
Studio Cancellations
Moon Petal Arts may cancel or reschedule a session because of illness, unsafe weather, equipment problems, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Guests will be offered a new date, studio credit, or a refund.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Moon Petal Arts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

All website text, photographs, logos, artwork, and other original content belong to Moon Petal Arts unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
Moon Petal Arts may update these terms when its services or policies change. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
